Description: An older boat that has been completely gutted and refurbished inside to give the feel of a modern vessel, with a layout that makes it ideal as a family cruiser or liveaboard as there are 2 bedrooms cum living areas and plenty of storage space.

The cabin interior is lined with oak veneer panels; those across the ceiling are painted white, whilst the upper and lower sides are varnished with matching trim. The floors are practical wood laminate. The louver windows are original and have brass curtain poles and runners. The owner currently has the curtains.

As this boat has not been used since its re-fit it is all excellent condition except for one window which appears to have a very small leak as there is evidence of this on the adjacent wood. For a boat of this age, leaking windows are not uncommon and can usually be put right with relative ease.

As you descend from the rear deck you enter into the second living cum bedroom area. This is ideal for crew to socialise with others on the back deck, especially on inclement days as the area comprises 2 bench seats that convert into either a double bed or one single leaving the sofa on the other side; ideal for a single crew member as they have own living space.

On the starboard side of the entry doors (Right as you look forward) is a cupboard and opposite behind the bulkhead is open shelving.

A door divides this cabin from the spacious master bedroom which has a fixed double bed with storage below, large wardrobe and corner unit, above which is room for a TV (Note no socket to service this at present).

A corridor then links the bedrooms to the main living area off which is the side bathroom.

As you enter, on the right are the cassette toilet and the vanity with inset sink. Opposite is the hip bath with overhead shower.

The walls are lined with a wipe down laminate with marble finish.

The front part of the cabin is open plan and combines the galley and living areas.

Set against the bathroom bulkhead is the galley, comprising L shape units on the starboard side with work unit opposite.

Behind the hanging cupboard set against the bathroom wall is the gas geyser. The long run then comprises units with inset stainless sink and drainer and concludes with the LPG cooker.

Doors are shaker style in contrasting natural wood look or white. Worktops are charcoal melamine and there is a tiled uplift in a mix of greys and off white. The cooker is pine green.

The opposite unit contains the fridge and further storage/workspace.

The living area comprises 3 casual chairs in a faux suede tan, which look onto the fireplace. There is also a small cupboard with provision above to add a small TV.

The Morso Squirrel stove is set on a hearth of pine green tiles with matching surround. Behind is a side window and alongside the door that leads onto the front deck.
